Meet the Grandfather of Cross-border Payments.

It was great to meet Frederick Crosby, Chief Revenue Officer responsible for global sales and marketing. He is the self-declared father of cross-boarder payment tech, who has repeatedly taken big new ideas, built stellar teams, achieved big revenue goals, and created a thriving business that is complex and highly regulated.

At one of my previous companies, I had the pleasure of working with him and his team that understood customers, developed integrated multi-channel solutions, defined new markets, and achieved high growth, all the while having the most fun doing it.

Frederick's industry expertise is in the digital cross-border B2B and B2C payment space. He is well versed in the diverse needs of customers around the world who are all looking for simplicity in purchasing, selling, and sending money to global destinations.

Frederick started his career in finance and learnt the intricacies of the business well, and then went on to build a strong and thriving team that brought ideas to life and made them successful. He currently leads a team at Nium, a pioneering global payments service expanding its US presence. The company, a successful Singapore startup unicorn, is rapidly expanding and looking to staff up and ramp up their San Francisco office.

Nium has built the universal key of payments for companies working with customers, vendors, and supply chain needs around the world. The team shares over a hundred years of experience in managing money globally — sending, spending, and receiving money.

If you are looking to join a great company, explore the available job roles. You will gain a lot while having the most fun. There is a reason they are only two blocks from AT & T Park.

I have my own fun story of helping Nium at the start, which I will save for another day.
